• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

• Refund Process:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
• Refund for Canceled Orders:
• If your order is canceled before it has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
